Olive oil. Beef mince. Brown onion. Egg. Breadcrumbs. Garlic powder. Mixed herbs. Salt. Pepper. Peas, corn & carrot. Mashed potato.

Show me a person who doesn’t like rissoles, and I’ll show you a liar. I can’t say the same for meatloaf though… that ain’t right. Simple, or complicated, rissoles are the poor man’s steak and we still eat them weekly. Because why not?

I’ve got a bangin’ rissole recipe (this ain’t it) that I got from a dear family friend. They’re so good, in fact, we served them at our wedding.
