Curried Sausages
Curried sausages cop a lot of slack, likely due to forced over-consumption. But it’s so simple! So quick! It re-heats well, and can use all the limp vegetables in the drawer if needed.
Don’t knock it ‘til you’ve dropped a dollop of fruit chutney in there - I promise it makes all the difference.
